In an ongoing effort to provide our representatives with the most up to date investment services available, we have contracted with a diversified lineup of more than a dozen respected and proven Institutional Money Managers. Through Unified Managed Accounts (UMA), clients have access to multiple money managers within a single account. A unique investment feature through FAN Advisors.

Our advisors also have the ability to create their own client portfolios, with access to investment options such as stocks, bonds, over 3,000 no load mutual funds, ETFs, REITs, ADRs, cash, and hedging instruments. FAN Advisors representatives have the authority and flexibility to utilize whatever program or strategy they determine to be in the clients' best interest.

Compensation System

We have created a unique compensation system that appreciates the balance of keeping client fees low, while at the same time offering payouts as high as possible in order to provide outstanding overall compensation. Our compensation system provides:

Outstanding personal compensation with increasing payouts on increasing personal assets under management.
Payout levels based on AUM not on Gross Production.
A Rep Referral System that pays asset based revenue on assets of referred reps.
A Legacy Program that administers payments to a designated beneficiary or to cover the sale of a book of business.

The exam fee is $155 and is paid directly to FINRA. While you do not have to use an exam prep service, it is highly recommended. Exam prep organizations can range in cost from $99 to $249.

We do not charge an initial appointment fee if you are already licensed. Once an IAR is appointed with us, a monthly payment of $100 is charged for our all-inclusive Administrative Fee.

- Access to our Resource Portal, an online library of educational and training material, and marketing material.

We have partnered with over a dozen (12) institutional money managers that offer over 80 diversified portfolios. Any combination of managers or portfolios can be created for client accounts.

Our maximum Firm Advisory Fee is 1.35%. The firms advisory fee structure is flexible and can be changed by the representative depending on the individual client situation. If an institutional money manager is used, an additional fee is added to the Firm Advisory Fee, depending on the money manager selection.

We offer a unique three component compensation system.
1. Personal Production: Compensation up to 1.00% on assets under management based on your total AUM.
2. Representative Referral System: Asset based revenue on the assets under management of referred representatives.
3. Legacy Program: A specified amount of recurring income from an existing investment advisory business is paid to a surviving beneficiary or for the sale of an existing book of business to a qualified IAR.
